Hangi veriler

YouTube ve TikTok bağlantısı için verilen OAuth erişim ve yenileme anahtarları (token), bağlı hesabın görünen adı ve kullanıcı adı, yüklenen videoların durum bilgisi (ör. işleniyor, yayında, paylaşım kimliği).

Nerede ve nasıl

Veriler bu hizmetin çalıştığı sunucuda saklanır. Anahtar dosyaları yalnızca sunucu yöneticisinin okuyabileceği izinlerle (600) tutulur.

Yedekler

Sunucu her gece bir yedek arşivi oluşturur (izin 600). Bu arşiv, hesap sahibi kapatmadıkça, sunucunun ayar dosyasını ve bağlantı anahtarlarını (YouTube ve TikTok token'ları) da içerir. Hesap sahibi ayarlamışsa arşiv, yalnızca hesap sahibinin kendi bulut depolamasına (Google Drive; şifreli rclone "crypt" hedefi önerilir) kopyalanır. Sunucuda ve bulut kopyasında en fazla son 14 günlük yedek tutulur, daha eskileri otomatik silinir.

Ne için

Yalnızca hesap sahibinin kendi videolarını kendi hesaplarına yüklemek ve yükleme durumunu takip etmek için. Veriler reklam, profil çıkarma ya da başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz.

Paylaşım

Veriler hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşılmaz ve satılmaz. Videolar yalnızca ilgili platformun (YouTube, TikTok) resmi API'sine gönderilir. Yedekler yalnızca hesap sahibinin kendi depolama alanında tutulur.

Saklama ve silme

Anahtarlar bağlantı kaldırılana kadar saklanır. Panelden "Kaldır" ile bağlantı kaldırıldığında TikTok anahtarı TikTok'ta iptal edilir ve sunucudaki anahtar dosyası hemen silinir; sonraki yedeklere girmez. Kaldırmadan önce alınmış yedeklerde anahtarın kopyası, yedek saklama süresi (en fazla 14 gün) dolana kadar kalabilir; iptal edilmiş olduğu için bu kopya artık kullanılamaz. Kaldırılan bağlantının bekleyen gönderileri iptal edilir. Silme talebi için aşağıdaki iletişim adresine yazabilirsiniz.

Çerezler

Yalnızca panel oturumu için zorunlu bir oturum çerezi kullanılır. Takip ya da reklam çerezi yoktur.

Privacy policy

What data

OAuth access and refresh tokens granted for the YouTube and TikTok connections, the display name and username of the connected account, and status information about uploaded videos (e.g. processing, published, post ID).

Where and how

Data is stored on the server that runs this service. Token files are kept with permissions that allow only the server administrator to read them (600).

Backups

The server creates a nightly backup archive (permissions 600). Unless the account owner disables it, this archive also contains the server configuration file and the connection tokens (YouTube and TikTok). If configured by the account owner, the archive is copied only to the owner's own cloud storage (Google Drive; an encrypted rclone "crypt" remote is recommended). At most the last 14 days of backups are kept on the server and in the cloud copy; older ones are deleted automatically.

Purpose

Only to upload the account owner's own videos to the owner's own accounts and to track upload status. Data is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Sharing

Data is never shared with or sold to third parties. Videos are sent only to the official API of the respective platform (YouTube, TikTok). Backups are kept only in the account owner's own storage.

Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept until the connection is removed. When the connection is removed in the panel ("Kaldır"), the TikTok token is revoked at TikTok and the token file on the server is deleted immediately; it is not included in later backups. Backups taken before the removal may still contain a copy until the backup retention period (at most 14 days) expires; since the token has been revoked, that copy can no longer be used. Pending posts of the removed connection are cancelled. To request deletion, contact the address below.

Cookies

Only a strictly necessary session cookie is used for the panel login. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
